SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery zone We deliver exclusively to the UNITED KINGDOM.

Logistics & carrier Orders are prepared and shipped by a logistics provider using the following carrier: Royal Mail. Items are shipped from abroad (China).

Processing & shipping times Average preparation time: PROCESSING TIME. Once shipped, delivery usually takes: AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME AFTER DISPATCH. Times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

Order tracking A tracking number is provided for every shipped order.

Shipping costs Free delivery on orders over £50. £5.99 delivery fee on orders below this amount.

Customs fees As items are shipped from China, customs fees may be applied by UK authorities. Any such fees are the customer's responsibility.

Separate shipments If you order multiple items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately. You may receive several distinct parcels.

Standard delivery We offer standard home delivery only. No click & collect, relay point, or express delivery options are available.

Lost, damaged or missing parcel In case of a missing, damaged or lost parcel, the customer must contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Order cancellation No cancellation is accepted once the order has been placed, even before dispatch.
